# Delay

在一段时间内停止等待。

Delay 是用于在执行下一个操作之前，暂停脚本一段时间的操作。在 GPM Automate 的配置中，时间以毫秒（ms）计算，其中 1 秒 = 1000 毫秒。

该操作支持随机停止机制（Random Delay），可以精确模拟真实用户的操作方式，最大限度地降低被系统/平台扫描自动化行为（Anti-bot）的频率。

#### 配置参数：

* Min (ms)：最短停止等待时间。
* Max (ms)：最长停止等待时间。

#### 实际示例：

如果您将 Min 配置为 `2000`，Max 配置为 `4000`。当脚本运行到此操作时，系统将自动计算并将流程暂停在 2000ms 到 4000ms 之间的一个随机时间段内（例如：这一次暂停 `2843 ms`，下一次可能暂停 `3120 ms`）。
